Onsimdang Smart Content Privacy Policy

Onsimdang AI Company Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") processes personal information only within the scope necessary to provide the Onsimdang Smart Content service and is committed to protecting user privacy.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

Member registration, authentication, and account management
Store registration and user permission control
AI content creation, storage, and publishing operations
Connecting external social media accounts and executing publishing actions requested by the user
Troubleshooting, system security, and customer support

2. Information Processed

Member & Store Information

Email address, name or display name, contact number, store name, service usage status, and authorization data.

Content Information

Photos, videos, and texts uploaded by the user; generated AI content; selected distribution channels; and publishing status/history.

External Channel Connection Data

Connected platform type, connection status, platform-provided account identifier, OAuth authorization tokens (access token, refresh token), permission scopes, and token validity details.

The Company does not collect or store the login passwords of external platform accounts connected via OAuth.

3. Collection Methods

Direct input by members during service use
Direct upload of photos and videos by members
Transmission via official OAuth when a user authorizes external platform connections

4. Retention Period

Member & Store Info: Retained until account withdrawal or termination of service.
Channel Connection Data: Retained until disconnection, permission revocation, or account deletion.
Content: Retained until deleted by the user or upon termination of service.
Statutory Requirements: Retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations where required.

5. Third-Party Integrations

When a user requests external channel connection or direct publishing, only the necessary data required to execute the action is transmitted to the respective platform:

Google / YouTube: YouTube account integration and video publishing
Meta / Instagram: Instagram account integration and media publishing
TikTok: TikTok account integration and video publishing

6. Information Destruction

When the purpose of processing is fulfilled or the retention period expires, the personal information is permanently deleted in a secure manner.

7. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal data at any time. Connected platform authorizations may also be revoked directly within the application settings.

7.1. Account and Data Deletion Request (Web / Email)

Users of Onsimdang SmartContent may request the complete deletion of their account and associated data at any time via web or email, without requiring the mobile application to be installed:

• In-App Deletion: Users can log into the app, go to [Account Settings] > [Delete Account], and delete their account immediately.
• Web/Email Deletion Request: If you do not have the app installed or cannot access it, you can request deletion by sending an email to:

- Required Information: Registered email address, store name, and request description.
- Data Deleted: User profile, registered store info, uploaded media (photos/videos), AI-generated drafts, and social media OAuth connection tokens.
- Processing Time: Deletion is processed within 3 business days upon verification.
