SupplyTap Privacy Policy

Operator: ONSIMDANG AI COMPANY INC. This policy covers the SupplyTap app, its server and the web account-deletion path.

Data and purposes

We process account email and name, password hashes, verification-code hashes and sessions for authentication and recovery. Business data includes company details, country/region/language/time zone, optional business contacts, staff and assigned areas, partner invitations, connections, product information and order items, quantities, notes and acknowledgment history.

When you choose AI product registration, selected document photos and required extracted information are uploaded to our server and processed through the OpenAI API on external servers. Avoid documents containing personal or sensitive information. Review the result before registering products. Login sessions use OS secure storage; order and photo drafts use app storage and are separated by account.

Deletion requests store an internal account identifier, reference, timestamps and status. Your password is used for verification and is not stored in the request.

Sharing and protection

Relevant business records are shared with connected partners and authorized staff. The server enforces company and area permissions; production traffic uses HTTPS. Existing hosting and mail providers support the service. AI processing is optional and uses an external provider. There are no advertising or tracking SDKs, purchases or subscriptions.

Retention and deletion

You can request deletion inside the app or on the web. Following identity and retention review, email, name, login and verification data and personal notifications are removed and sessions revoked. A pseudonymous internal identifier may remain to link shared records. Shared company, product and order records are not automatically deleted because they also belong to other business participants. Personal content in notes or document photos must be reviewed for removal or redaction; retained data and the reason will be explained. Backups have restricted operator access, and completed deletion requests must be reapplied when restoring a backup.
