# BakeMeet Community Policy Policy version: 2026-10-13-v1. Audience: adults aged 18 and over. BakeMeet connects organizers and attendees of bakery and pastry seminars. This policy covers user-provided seminar descriptions, images, organizer introductions and application answers. Read and explicitly accept the current policy before creating or submitting content. We do not record acceptance retroactively for existing accounts. ## Allowed content and prohibited conduct Provide accurate information about real bakery and pastry seminars. Only upload text and images you have the right to publish. Do not post unnecessary personal information such as another person's email, phone number, address or authentication information. Illegal activity, sexual exploitation or pornography, hate, harassment, threats, graphic violence or incitement, scams, impersonation, spam, malicious files, privacy violations and content infringing others' rights are prohibited. Child sexual abuse material and related conduct are never allowed. Do not use the service to promote age-restricted goods or gambling. ## Reporting and administrator review Report a seminar or user from seminar details or application-related screens in the app. Select a reason and explain the facts without passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information. My reports shows your receipt number and processing status. Reporter identities and original descriptions are not disclosed to ordinary users, reported users or ordinary organizers. Only authorized administrators can review them. Administrators examine the context, review existing seminar information, apply appropriate public-access restrictions through report review controls, and record the outcome. Restrictions do not change the 11-stage seminar lifecycle or existing applications. A report alone does not automatically penalize a user or score an attendee. For immediate danger or crime, also contact appropriate local emergency services or authorities. We do not promise a fixed response time. Send appeals or additional information to ceo@onsimdang.com. ## Blocking and existing applications Block a related user in the app and unblock them from your account's block list. Blocking limits signed-in public discovery, detail access and new applications between both users. It does not delete existing users, seminars or applications. Existing attendees retain access to their own applications and cancellation rights. In organizer applicant views, a blocked user's profile and answers are shielded while existing status and necessary operations remain available. Blocking does not remove information from the wider internet or guarantee it cannot be viewed while signed out. ## Privacy and free operation We store the policy version and acceptance time, reports and review records, and block relationships to provide content safety. Account deletion removes or de-identifies consent and block relationships, reporter identification and report descriptions. The Privacy Policy explains actual retention, deletion and legal preservation exceptions. Reports are not used for advertising or automated user scoring. The platform is free for organizers and attendees for approximately the first year. There are no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases or platform participation commissions. Time passing does not automatically activate paid service. Monetization requires a separate decision by the company representative and advance notice. Operator: Onsimdang AI Company Co., Ltd.
