# BakeMeet Terms of Service Version: 2026-10-13-v1. The public effective date will be recorded on deployment. Operator: Onsimdang AI Company Co., Ltd. CEO Jaeho Choi. Contact ceo@onsimdang.com. See the [Privacy Policy](https://onsimdang.com/bakemeet/legal/privacy) for personal-data processing. ## 1. Service and free operation BakeMeet is a global pastry and bread seminar discovery/application platform for adults aged 18 or older. For approximately one year after launch, organizers and participants can download, register, list seminars and apply without platform charges. There are no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases or participation commissions. No automatic paid conversion occurs. Future monetization requires a separate CEO decision and prior notice. Organizer-displayed seminar fees are separate: BakeMeet does not process, collect, settle or refund them. Confirm actual seminar delivery and external fee conditions with the organizer. ## 2. Accounts Current login uses email and password. Use an authorized email, secure your password and provide accurate information. Impersonation, account transfer, authentication bypass and access to another user's data are prohibited. Google, Apple and SMS login and external password-reset email are not active. Never send passwords or verification codes in support email. ## 3. Responsibilities Participants must check notices, questions, selection method, deadlines and changes, and apply truthfully. Approved organizers manage their own seminars and are responsible for accurate content, actual delivery, schedule, venue, speakers, displayed fees, selection and cancellation reasons. They see only their own applicant information, not private emails/phone numbers or another organizer's data. ## 4. Applications, cancellation and no-shows Depending on the selection method, an application needs organizer confirmation or is confirmed immediately. BakeMeet does not score or rank applicants for automatic selection. Duplicate applications are restricted, including reapplication after cancellation under the existing record. Participants can check status and cancel from My applications. Late cancellation may be recorded after a deadline; approved material schedule/venue changes may provide penalty-free cancellation. Organizer cancellation is not a participant no-show. Only absent confirmed participants can be marked as no-shows within 24 hours after seminar end, and participants can dispute this from web application details. There is no automatic account suspension or no-show blacklist. Records may remain for integrity and disputes. ## 5. Content and safety Read and explicitly accept the [Community Policy](https://onsimdang.com/bakemeet/legal/community) before posting or submitting answers. Submit text/images you have rights to use and allow operational storage, display and image transformation. Illegal content, sexual exploitation, hate, harassment, fraud, privacy violations, spam, malicious files and unauthorized access are prohibited. Seminar details and application/applicant management provide seminar/user reports and blocking. Reporters see receipts/status; only administrators see report contents and identity. Administrators record review, dismissal, public restriction and restoration. Blocking limits discovery/new applications between signed-in users and preserves existing applications/cancellation rights; it does not hide content across the internet when signed out. The Community Policy explains limits. ## 6. External services and outages External server, database and image-storage providers are used. See the Privacy Policy for actual providers, regions and deletion rules. External translation, email, push and SMS providers are not active. Network/provider outages may delay requests. If a result is uncertain, check the latest application status and follow retry guidance. ## 7. Changes, restrictions and responsibility Changes/restrictions needed for security, law, outages or operations are reasonably communicated. Violating content and unauthorized access may be restricted. Seminar delivery and external payments/refunds remain between organizer and participant. Liability for intent, gross negligence or matters that applicable law prohibits excluding is not waived. ## 8. Contact, amendments and disputes Send service/safety inquiries to ceo@onsimdang.com. Material changes are announced before taking effect and required consent is obtained. First seek resolution through support; unresolved disputes follow laws and lawful procedures applicable to the user and service. Mandatory user rights and jurisdiction are not restricted by these terms.
